Times of arrival and departure

Normally guests arrive between 4pm and 6pm; (please advise us if you expect to arrive late)

We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30am.

We welcome well behaved children of any age.
We are a totally no-smoking home, (guests are free to smoke in the garden)
We do not accept dogs, but are happy to accommodate guide dogs.

Car Parking - There is car parking for ten cars.

We are not licensed, but guests are more than welcome to bring their own wine, beer and spirits to consume in their bedrooms, or relax with in the guests' lounge, or garden

We have two cats named Posie and Boris
We are a non-working farm
We are open all year round

A verbal or written agreement between the proprietors of Leworthy Farmhouse B&B, and a guest, is a legally binding contract . If a cancellation occurs, unless the room can be relet, the total amount of the cost of the stay will become payable in full
