The peaceful lounge has big comfy old sofas and armchairs in chintz, velvet brocade and leather. Old ticking clocks, wooden cats, hunting scenes, Chinese carpets, books and games come together in an eclectic mix.

Breakfast is accompanied by soft elegant music, from Elgar to Bocelli, from the Celtic harp and fiddle, to Spanish Guitar.

The spacious dining room has separate tables and is decorated with nostalgic old prints, sparkling willow-patterned china, potted palms, soft lighting and fresh flowers.
