Approached by a pretty, winding tree-lined lane with daffodils and primroses in springtime and glorious views of the rolling countryside. Leworthy Farm Cottage nestles in an unspoilt backwater, set in three acres of lawned gardens, an orchard and a wildlife haven complete with a fishing lake.
The immaculate accommodation has been thoughtfully refurbished to an extremely high standard of cleanliness, comfort and convenience, with woollen carpets throughout.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of storage and also has a ceramic tiled floor. It is light, clean and airy. The kitchen is very adequately equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is a plentiful supply of cooking pots, basins, utensils and dishes, with attractive china to make cooking and eating in the cottage a pleasure.
There is a very pretty dining/lounge area with many homely touches such as pictures, plates, shells, plants, books and magazines.
Accommodation
The cottage adjoins the farmhouse and is personally cleaned by your hosts, Pat and Phil Jennings. There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one bunk-bedded, all with wash hand basins. There is also a main shower room with wash hand basin and WC. All bedrooms are furnished with good quality, comfortable beds, well-designed and freshly laundered bed linen, with plenty of clean, comfortable pillows. A cot is available.

Bed linen, towels, tee towels, electricity and full central heating in the colder times are included in the price.
Outside
There are garden tables and chairs where meals can be eaten outside on the lawns and also a drying area for washing.
You are most welcome to roam and explore the garden, orchard and wildlife area or fish in the lake.
Eating Out
The nearest pub is at Pyworthy , a picturesque village two miles away, and there are several eating places in Holsworthy (three miles) pubs and cafes, fish and chip shops and Chinese take-away.
