From A30 take junction for A386 ‘Holsworthy’ and ‘Bideford’. Stay on this road until roundabout, turn sharp left onto A3079 and pass through Halwill Junction. Turn left at ‘T’ junction onto A3072 ‘Holsworthy’. DO NOT turn right at fork for A388 ‘Holsworthy’, instead continue on A3072 until ‘T’ junction at ‘Coles Mill Bridge’. Turn right for ‘Town Centre’ then left just before railway bridge into ‘Underlane’. Go straight over mini roundabout by ‘Waitrose’ and pass ‘Mole Valley Farmers’. Turn left at ‘T’ junction, stay on country lane for approx 2 miles, following signs for ‘North Tamerton’. Pass Yeomadon Cross on right, take next left for ‘Leworthy’ and ‘Southdown’. Follow lane until it forks, stay left, Leworthy Farmhouse is straight ahead of you. Please park in the marked bays and enter reception via the wooden gates.

On outskirts of ‘Holsworthy’ you will approach ‘Coles Mill Bridge’, follow signs for ‘Town Centre’ and turn left just before railway bridge into ‘Underlane’. Go straight over mini roundabout by ‘Waitrose’ and past ‘Mole Valley Farmers’. Turn left at ‘T’ junction, stay on country lane for approx 2 miles, following signs for ‘North Tamerton’. Pass Yeomadon Cross on right, take next left for ‘Leworthy’ and ‘Southdown’. Follow lane until the fork, stay left Leworthy Farmhouse is straight ahead of you.
